San Gimignano, the medieval Manhattan in the Tuscany

San Gimignano is one of the best places to visit in Tuscany and one of the best places in the world. Situated on a hill, surrounded by the lovely Tuscan countryside, San Gimignamo is a 10th century town that is mainly famous for its medieval towers.
Very crowded in summer and on weekends with tourists coming from Florence (it gets really annoying, trust me). I recommend staying overnight and having dinner in any of the small medieval restaurants, where you can enjoy a good Italian food and an excellent local wine. Early in the next morning, you can see the best views from Torre Grossa, in Podesta’s Palace.

  1. What i do not understood is if truth be told how you’re no longer actually a lot more smartly-appreciated than you might be right now. You’re
very intelligent. You realize therefore significantly with
regards to this matter, made me in my opinion consider it from a lot of varied
angles. Its like women and men aren’t fascinated unless it’s one thing
to accomplish with Lady gaga! Your personal stuffs nice.
All the time handle it up!

  2. {great|wonderful|interesting|nice post.
One of the most characteristic villages that I visited in Tuscany is San Gimignano, nearFirenze. I stayed there during my last holiday in Tuscany, in a farmhouse really beautiful. There was a restaurant and a swimming pool overlooking sille towers. It’s called Farm Raccianello and both me and my parents really enjoyed it.

  3. Now, if you are looking for such a brand, you should consider the Bourne
shoes. The world is really shrinking and ideas are being shared around the
globe at a rapid pace. Right from the beginning the company had earned great reputation thanks to the quality of its shoes.

  4. Our accommodation in San G was in a mtersonay and a long walk on cobblestones through the town. However, it was charming and I managed to buy a beautiful tablecloth adorned with olives and lemons and a silver bracelet in this quaint little village. Loved it.

  5. Absolutely… it is Manhattan a modern San Gimignano!
